2. File a Claim
Based on the claim report and pictures submitted, we'll create a ticket after reviewing all the documentation.
3. Scheduling repair
Our team will coordinate with you what's the best date and time in order to assess the claim.
4. Claim closed
Once the claim is assessed and the problem is fixed, we will close the claim with your sign off.
If the problem was harder than expected, the case will be escalated to a professional in order to visit the house and quote to fix the problem.
