4. Scheduling repair

Our team will coordinate with you what's the best date and time in order to assess the claim.

5. Claim Repair

Once the claim is assessed and the problem is fixed, we will close the claim with your sign off.

If the problem was harder than expected, the case will be escalated to a professional in order to visit the house and quote to fix the problem.

6. Quality Control

After the repair is completed, a professional will overlooked the entire claim from start to finish in order to ensure client satisfaction guarantee.

After everything is revised, the claim will be officially closed.
